Cecilia Chung joined Sagaria Law in 2007 and is an associate in the Santa Clara County office. Ms. Chung received a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in May 2006. While in law school, Ms Chung served as Comments Editor of the Santa Clara Law Review, and authored Preservation of First Amendment Rights: Finding the Proper Balance Between Expression and Exploitation in Works of Art, 46 Santa Clara L. Rev., 889 (2006). She was the recipient of a High Technology Law Certificate in Corporate Transactions, the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Immigration Law. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley where she earned a B.A. in both Mass Communications and History.
