Erin M. O'Neill is a litigator, with a particular emphasis on employment discrimination litigation and counseling employers on a wide range of employment related issues. Ms. O'Neill primarily represents clients in employment-related lawsuits in federal and state courts, and before local, state and federal agencies. She has helped employers resolve a wide variety of employment-related disputes, including claims of sexual harassment; discrimination based on age, race, gender, disability, religion and national origin; retaliation; wrongful discharge; defamation; and breach of contract litigation. Ms. O'Neill also provides personnel management counseling and employment law advice to employers, as well as compliance training to employers with regard to various state and federal laws governing employment.
In 1995, Ms. O'Neill graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in government and international studies. Ms. O'Neill earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 1998. While there, she served as an associate editor of the Villanova Law Review and was elected to the Villanova Chapter of the Order of the Coif. Ms. O'Neill was admitted to practice in the State of Pennsylvania in 1998. In 2006, Ms. O'Neill was recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Stars.
