Vicky Chen, an associate in the firm's Business group, focuses her practice on employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She drafts and designs employee benefit programs, including qualified and nonqualified deferred compensation plans, health and welfare benefit plans, equity compensation plans, and employee stock ownership plans. She also prepares voluntary compliance filings to correct plan errors with the Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Labor.
