Rick’s expertise in leasing, buying, selling, financing and managing commercial real estate provides clients a trusted advisor and engaged participant in any commercial real estate transaction.
As former partner and head of the commercial real estate department of a large full service corporate law firm, Rick Angel represented Fortune 100 companies in their commercial real estate transactions. He also served as General Counsel of a publicly traded financial services company for 5 years before forming Angel Law Offices in 2002. Rick has lectured on various commercial real estate law and business topics and published numerous articles. He is recognized as an expert in his field, having been awarded the highest rating for professional excellence, legal ability and ethical standards by his peers.
