Liz Eager represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation in a number of areas, including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property, civil RICO, and employment claims. She also has an active pro bono practice, representing individuals challenging state laws that restrict free speech on the Internet. Liz is currently a Board Member for the Atlanta Council for Younger Lawyers.
