Eastman-Stuart, Shannon

Mr. Charkey is an associate in the Subrogation Department and practices exclusively in the field of insurance subrogation.  He specializes in researching, briefing and handling matters of unusual complexity and appellate practice.

Mr. Charkey received his B.A. (1984) from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. (1995) and M.B.A. (2008) from Temple University.  He also holds the Associate in Risk Management and Associate in Management certificates from the Insurance Institute of America.

Prior to starting his law career in 1998, he worked as a claim adjuster and supervisor for three major insurers over the course of thirteen years.

He is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
