Joseph B. Roberts, lll is the senior partner at The Roberts Law Firm, PA located in Gastonia, North Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill (1962 AB Degree, 1964 LLB Degree). He served in the North Carolina House of Representatives in 1983 and 1984 and was a lay member of the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy from 1982 through 1989. He is chairman of the North Carolina Bar Association Workers' Compensation Section. He is a frequent speaker at Workers' Compensation seminars. His primary practice is in workers' compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice.
