Parveen Goyal earned his Bachelor's Degree in Law in 1982. In 1984 he earned a Master's Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations and in 1986 earned a Masters in Business Administration from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. After earning a Doctor in Juris from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois in 1989, Parveen established his own firm in 1991 in Chicago, Illinois, and in 1993 he opened an additional office in the Northwest suburbs.
