We have enjoyed serving the people and businesses of Chula Vista and San Diego County continuously since 1977. Conveniently located in a small single story building at 727 Third Avenue in Chula Vista, our building offers very easy ground floor access and free parking on the premises, close to the entrance.

The focus of our law practice has evolved over the years.  We started as a general practice, handling a wide variety of cases, including family law, personal injury law and other civil litigation. For the past twenty years or more, we have emphasized estate planning, estate administration and elder law.

On the estate planning side, we spend most of our time meeting with clients, determining their particular needs, and then writing documents for them such as Living Trusts, Wills, Advance Health Care Directives, Powers of Attorney and many other important and related documents.

On the estate administration side, we assist our clients after the death of a loved one with their Trust Administration and Probate matters, helping them with any required accountings, doing any necessary court filings, and making any necessary court appearances for them.

In addition, we represent clients in transactional matters such as real estate purchases, sales and leasing. Other business matters that we frequently handle include the formation of business entities such as corporations, LLCs and partnerships.

We are very happy to say that we are still working with families with whom we started over thirty years ago. We truly enjoy our newer clients, who constitute the majority of our clients, most of whom have come to us through "word of mouth" referrals.
