PETER J. RIORDAN graduated cum laude from Boston University with distinction, in 1999. A 2003, cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School, he served as the Chief Production Editor for Suffolk Transnational Law Review. He also served as a research assistant for Prof. Charles Rounds,Jr.’s publication of Lorring: A Trustee’s Handbook. Over the past 5 years, Mr. Riordan has worked as associate litigation counsel successfully representing clients in the District, Superior and Federal courts in a variety of litigation matters in the fields of tort liability, products liability, employment discrimination, commercial auto liability and PIP liability. He has second chaired jury trials to a defense verdict, drafted and argued appellate briefs before the Massachusetts District Court Appellate Division, Appeals Court, and Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. He was admitted to the U.S. District Court for Massachusetts in March of 2008 and has also represented clients in New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
