Danialle Riggins focuses her practice on counseling both employees and employers in all aspects of employment law including: hiring techniques, employee handbooks, illegal discrimination, hostile environments, wage and hour issues, employee leave, contract and policies, harassment, retaliation, performance management, accommodations for disabilities, privacy, defamation, and protection of trade secrets. In addition to advocating for employees whose workplace rights have been violated, Ms. Riggins zealously educates and assist employers with workplace law issues.
In 2005 Danialle graduated as a member of the inaugural class of FAMU’s College of Law. As a student, she was an editor and writer for The Evidence, which was a student-operated law journal. She also participated in a prosecutorial externship with the Marion County State Attorney’s office. Danialle also was a law clerk for other law firms that handle property law, landlord-tenant and Construction law cases.
In 1992, Danialle Riggins entered the University of Florida and pursued a degree in Journalism/ Communications and a minor in Business Administration. As a journalist, Danialle covered exciting national and local stories such as Presidential Elections, Gators National Football Championship, and the church burnings in the South for a New York Times newspaper.
