Donald W. Boyajian is the managing partner of the firm he co-founded with Bill Dreyer in 1987. Don grew up in the Capital Region and worked in a wide range of jobs as he put himself through Union College in Schenectady. “My work experience prior to completing law school helped me appreciate some of the health and safety hazards workers face every day”. Soon after entering private practice, Don found his calling fighting for the rights of accident victims. Over the next 30 years, Mr. Boyajian prosecuted numerous high profile cases with multimillion dollar results on behalf of victims of construction accidents, motor vehicle collisions, industrial accidents, maritime accidents, toxic torts and defective products, as well as medical and nursing home malpractice. "Each client’s circumstance is unique so my first step is to ask each client what they want to accomplish in pursuing their case. I then make it my mission to secure the best possible recovery through aggressive, yet compassionate, results oriented advocacy."
In addition to litigating individual actions, Don Boyajian has successfully handled a number of significant multi-party and class action claims on behalf of victims of toxic pollution, as well as financial and consumer fraud.
