Scott Rickman's practice focuses on representing lenders in commercial litigation, foreclosures, commercial collections, loan workouts, bankruptcy and lender liability defense. He is known for being highly responsive to his clients and their needs. Some of his more significant work has involved representing banks in foreclosure/receivership cases concerning shopping centers, hotels, office buildings and apartment complexes. Mr. Rickman is a shareholder of the firm and practices in its Lexington office.
More Than a Lawyer
Outside of the office, Mr. Rickman enjoys reading, running and bicycling. He and his wife have two sons who are away at college.
