Driker, Eugene

After success in representing insurance companies, Jason Downey now represents people exclusively for personal injury matters. Mr. Downey has been lead counsel in over 100 trials, and has helped hundreds of clients with their legal problems. As a former insurance defense attorney for Allstate and Encompass Insurance Companies, Mr. Downey knows what the insurance companies will do to fight to protect their own interests. He won awards while working for Allstate for his successes in legal representation. His mission is now is to work for each individual to make sure they get what they deserve.

Mr. Downey is familiar with courts throughout the state of Georgia, and has been handling cases throughout the state for his entire career. He is also a certified civil and domestic mediator in the state of Georgia, as well as an arbitrator.
