Drexler, Jonathan

Attorney Drohan is a partner in the firm and works primarily in the Boston office.  His practice concentrates on civil litigation, business law, construction law, administrative law, appellate work, and attorney discipline matters.  He has extensive experience litigating civil matters in the Superior and District Courts of Massachusetts.  He also regularly represents clients in proceedings before the Bid Protest Unit of the Attorney General’s Office, the Division of Professional Licensure, and the Board of Bar Overseers of the Supreme Judicial Court.

Attorney Drohan has briefed and argued numerous cases before the Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court.  Reported decisions in which Attorney Drohan has represented clients include:  In Re Finn, 433 Mass. 418 (2001); Harhen v. Attorney Drohan is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University (B.A., 1990) and earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1995).  He was admitted to practice before the Massachusetts Bar in 1995 and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 1998.  He joined the firm in 1996, and became a partner in the firm in 2006.

Attorney Drohan is a member of the Boston Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Norfolk County Bar Association.
