Rob Rifkin is a founding partner of the law firm, and his practice is largely devoted to litigation matters. Rob routinely handles cases in both state and federal courts and is experienced as an appellate lawyer before the Indiana Supreme Court and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago. Rob has served as a fact-finder, mediator and hearing officer for the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board, and as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.
