Drake, Jeffrey A

Attorney Jeffrey Goldman is a Northwest native who has devoted his practice to representing clients in litigation disputes involving both civil and criminal matters.  In his years of practice he has obtained successful outcomes for hundreds of clients facing serious legal challenges in courts throughout Western Washington.

Jeff attended the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy, after which he was awarded a scholarship to the prestigious Pepperdine University School of Law in Los Angeles, California.  While attending law school, Jeff interned first for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, Sex Crimes Division, in Los Angeles, California, and then for the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York.  Through his work with these prominent organizations, Jeff obtained invaluable training and experience which has been of great benefit to his clients involved in serious litigation matters.

After graduating from law school, Jeff worked with a New York based death penalty mitigation group handling cases involving some of the most serious and difficult issues in criminal litigation.  Although he enjoyed this experience tremendously, Jeff’s Northwest roots called him back home and in 2007 he returned to the Pacific Northwest where he has practiced ever since.

When he is not working, Jeff is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys competitive biking, boating, waterskiing, and snow skiing.  In addition, he devotes time to civic organizations benefiting residents of the local community including the Cardozo Law Society which provides pro bono legal services to those who cannot afford to hire legal counsel, and Jewish Family Services which provides multicultural services for the highly diverse local immigrant population.
