Financial litigation and advice

Thomas represents one of the world's largest financial institutions in connection with its disclosure obligations. Thomas has also represented a large international food exporter in connection with its positions in the derivatives market and has counseled that entity in connection with financing arrangements.

Bankruptcy

Thomas has appeared in bankruptcy court in New York for one of the world's largest accounting firms defending multiple adversary proceedings concerning preferences and fee applications.

Toxic Tort

Thomas has defended chemical and agri-business corporations in connection with toxic tort claims and successfully resolved separate class actions that involved thousands of property owners' claims of property value dimunution and also thousands of claims of personal injury.
