Downing, Edward F.

Ms. Goldberg is an associate in the Business Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, equity and debt financing, commercial real estate and leasing.

Ms. Goldberg received her Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in 1986. She received her J.D., from Brooklyn Law School in 1989. Ms. Goldberg is licensed to practice in New York and Connecticut and is admitted to appear before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
