Stephanie Doria represents clients in employment law matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, disability rights, wrongful termination, breach of contract, whistleblower/retaliation, leave of absence claims, wage and hour matters, and class action litigation.
Stephanie has substantial experience in all stages of employment litigation, including trial. She has also represented clients in binding arbitration and in proceedings in front of the Fair Employment and Housing Commission, in each case obtaining judgment on behalf of her client. Prior to forming RHDT, Stephanie was a senior associate in the employment law department of Paul, Hastings , Janofsky & Walker LLP, one of the country's premier law firms in the area of employment law.
Stephanie gained admission to the California State Bar in 1998. She received her J.D. degree in 1998, with great distinction, from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and was selected for membership in the Order of the Coif. While at McGeorge, Stephanie served as a contributing author and comment editor for the McGeorge Law Review.
Stephanie is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. In 2008, Law & Politics Magazine selected Stephanie as one of its Northern California Super Lawyers.
