Jason joined the firm after graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007. His practice areas include transportation, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice defense, construction defects and general auto negligence cases. He is admitted to practice law in both Federal and State courts, has tried cases in multiple courts and practices extensively in Federal Court, primarily in transportation litigation.
Prior to law school, Jason graduated from The Citadel in 2002, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in English. While a senior at The Citadel, Jason served as second in command of the 2,000 member Cadet Corps as Regimental Executive Officer and served on the leadership committees of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Class Board of Directors, The Round Table and Inn of Court. In December 2001, Jason served as liaison between the White House and The Citadel while organizing President George Bush's first post-September 11th military address given at The Citadel on December 11, 2001.
Jason is a native of Columbia, South Carolina, and is married to Anne Hodges Reynolds, also of Columbia. Jason and Anne have four children, Allison, Eliza, Emma and Charles and are active members of the First Presbyterian Church of Columbia. While not practicing law, Jason serves on the board of the Columbia Area Christian Legal Society, and on several committees within the Young Lawyers Division of the South Carolina Bar Association. He also serves on The Citadel Alumni Association Board of Directors, The Greater Columbia Citadel Club Board (President 2011), is a past president of the Satchel Ford Republican Precinct (2003-2005), and enjoys running, hunting, golf, and Gamecock athletics.
