Dave’s practice has been focused for several years in representing Hospitals throughout the country to obtain reimbursement under PPO and other managed care agreements. Dave advocates for the collection of large unreimbursed hospital bills from insurers. To achieve the results that he has for his clients he engages in litigation, mediation, arbitration and negotiations throughout all sections of the country.  He is a nationally recognized practitioner in his field of expertise.  He has been called upon to participate in international conferences in Budapest, Hungary and Athens, Greece as a presenter and member of panels concerning the factual and legal issues involved in his field.

Dave is a knowledgeable student and devotee to all things Shakespeare which is tempered by his commitment to the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball team as a season ticket holder for several years.
