Dick Reppert's practice primarily is transaction-oriented, typically pertaining to real estate or financing matters. He represents real estate developers in transactions involving land acquisition, development, construction financing, and permanent financing. He also represents banks and other financial institutions making loans secured, at least in part, by real estate, often projects located in different states.
Dick has experience in syndicated loans, secured credit lines, and loans that are or will be securitized. He is familiar with the requirements of the capital markets and often is involved in the formation of special purpose entities required by rating agencies in securitized transactions.
Dick is a member of the Firm's Opinions Committee.
He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (chairman of the Real Estate Law Section, 1998-1999), and the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
