Kate Gibson Polizzi has been an associate with Curran & Whittington since obtaining her law degree from Catholic University Columbus School of Law.  Prior to joining the firm, Kate worked as the manager overseeing Potomac Settlement Services, Inc. for over 7 years.  As a result of her extensive real estate background, Kate focuses her practice on transactions related to the acquisition, development and finance of real estate as well as handling residential and commercial closings and negotiating terms for and drafting lease agreements.  She represents banking and institutional lenders, developers, homebuilders, purchasers and sellers. 

Kate is also experienced in handling general business entity formation and structuring as well as business acquisition and sales transactions.
