Charles Rausch has concentrated his practice in real estate and land use representing townships, municipal authorities, zoning hearing boards and developers throughout York County. Mr. Rausch currently serves as solicitor for Springettsbury Township, Dover Township, Windsor Township, Shrewsbury Township, Stewartstown Borough Authority, and the Penn Township Zoning Hearing Board. Mr. Rausch has been invited to be a presenter on legal ethics for solicitors for PELRAS [Public Employer Labor Relations Advisory Service], the service program for the Pennsylvania League of Cities and Municipalities, and for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's statewide Municipal Law Colloquium and Land Use Institute. Mr. Rausch is a past president of the York County Bar Association, and currently is on the Board of Directors of the York County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the Bar Association. Mr. Rausch is active in numerous civic and charitable organizations in the York Community.
