John Denke primarily practices family law and has experience with all types of family law cases, from divorce and custody disputes to termination of rights and paternity cases. John developed an awareness of the emotional turmoil faced by families going through family law disputes as his parents divorced at an early age. John decided to focus on family law in a legal aspect as he desired to help those going through this difficult time in their lives by understanding the problems they are encountering and finding a resolution to them in the best manner possible. John prefers to take action on cases from the time that a client comes to him for services. He has a diplomatic approach to dealing with the other side in a case, but will become aggressive when the situation calls for it.
