Jessica Ramm attended Pennsylvania State University where she earned both a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Upon graduation she relocated to Florida where she went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and was later admitted to the Florida Bar.
Ms. Ramm began her legal career as a research assistant for the National Clearinghouse for Science Technology and the Law at Stetson University. While in law school Ms. Ramm practiced as a CLI for the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office where she gained extensive criminal litigation experience. After law school, Ms. Ramm accepted a position as an associate attorney for a private criminal defense firm in Pinellas County and later worked as a legal consultant for a forensic psychology practice where she did jury consulting where she examined and critiqued expert witness testimony and psychological evaluations in various areas of the law.
