William A. Denmark is a member of Jacoby Donner, P.C. His practice concentrates in the following areas: Real Estate and Construction Law; Business and Corporate Law; Association Law; Multi-Employer Benefit Funds, and Estate Planning and Administration.
Mr. Denmark has served as Vice-chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and is a member of the Real Property Section and the Solo and Small Law Firm Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the Delaware Valley Society of Association Executives, where he served on its Board of Directors from 2001-2005, and chaired its Supplier Task Force during the same period. Mr. Denmark also is an Associate Member of the National Electrical Contractors Association, Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter, and an Affiliate Member of the General Building Contractors Association, where he serves on its Education Committee. He also is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Philadelphia, and serves on its Codes and Legislative Committee. He also is affiliated with the Phi Beta Kappa Association, Delaware Valley Chapter.
Profiled in recent editions of Who's Who in American Law, Mr. Denmark has lectured at seminars on construction law, succession and business planning, and association law and governance. He also has written articles on a variety of subjects, including buy-sell agreements and estate planning.
Mr. Denmark graduated with an A.B., magna cum laude, from Cornell University where he was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.
