Kelsey Gaynier, Esq. is an Associate Attorney and focuses her practice on personal injury, product liability and medical malpractice. She joined the firm after interning with the New Jersey Attorney General's Office in its Torts Litigation Department and another prestigious plaintiff's firm in Philadelphia.
In addition to litigation, Ms. Gaynier remains deeply committed to public service. Among other organizations, she has worked closely with the Senior Law Center, the Women's Law Project and the St. Thomas Human Rights Institute in various areas of legal support ranging from aiding victims of elder abuse to assisting victims of domestic violence. For her efforts, she has been granted two public service fellowships from the Florida Bar Association, the Philadelphia Barrister's Association Award, and the American Association for Justice's Leesfield Award for her work in trial advocacy.
Ms. Gaynier received her B.A. in Anthropology at Haverford College in 2003 and her J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2011. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar.
