Nicholas Geiger is active in the firm's complex litigation practice area.  Mr. Geiger's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and the resolution of business disputes in a diverse number of substantive areas. 

Mr. Geiger has experience with complex business disputes ranging from long-term petrochemical supply agreements, utility contracts, class action litigation insurance litigation, trademark infringement, counterfeiting, and other business torts.  He has represented clients in arbitration before the American Arbitration Association and in state and federal courts in several jurisdictions.  Mr. Geiger also has experience in securities law enforcement, internal investigations, and antitrust class actions, and has also represented clients in connection with several recent federal merger reviews.  Mr. Geiger's litigation experience has included client counseling, case strategy development, depositions, e-discovery management, briefing, settlement negotiations and mediation.
