Attorney Tim Geary joined Winter, Chewning & Geary in 2006. Tim began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney and eventually moved into private practice. Attorney Geary has tried over 35 criminal and civil jury trials with subject matter ranging from personal injury to first degree intentional homicide. His past trial attorney experience allows him to be an advocate for people in need – including those with disabilities. Tim received his B.A. in History in 1992 from Denison University and his J.D. from Ohio Northern School of Law in 1995.

When he's not in the courtroom or office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Caroline, and their two children. Tim is also an active member of the Two Rivers Lions Club.
