Richard Decker, also a partner in The Lohman Law Offices, PSC, brings to the firm a dedication to his clients, extensive experience, and an excellent record of success.  He is well versed in a full spectrum of areas of law, including general civil litigation, car and motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, elder abuse, family law, and criminal law int eh Louisville, Kentucky area.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Mr. Decker graduated from Doss High School in 1975, earned his M.S.W. degree from the University of Kentucky in 1994, and received his juris doctor degree from the University of Louisville College of Law in 1997.  He was licensed to practice in Kentucky in 1998 and was admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Kentucky, in 2001.

Committed to staying abreast of the latest developments in his field, Mr. Decker is a member of the American Justice Association, the Kentucky Justice Association, the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, and the Louisville Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association.

When not int he courtroom, Mr. Decker serves as a volunteer worker for the Exploited Children's Help Organization in Louisville.
