Dean, James Christopher

Valerie A. DePaolo joined the firm in 2005. Prior to that time, she worked in the insurance industry in Boston for 13 years. She has extensive experience in estate and business planning, probate, elder law, real estate and family matters.

Ms. DePaolo is a graduate of Boston University (B.A., 1983) and New England School of Law (J.D., 1987). She is a member of the Central Connecticut Collaborative Family Law Group, The International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. DePaolo is a board member of the Main Street Foundation, a member of the Southington High School DECA Advisory Committee, a member of the Board of Deacons at First Congregational Church of Southington and an officer of the DePaolo Family Foundation. She is a past and present volunteer for other local and civic organizations and boards including the YMCA, Southington Library and Museum, Conservation Commission, Chamber of Commerce and Southington Relay for Life.
