Davoli, Charles R.

Elizabeth Rim Gaffney practices in transactional matters, including health law and governmental relations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gaffney enjoyed an extensive career in state government. Her experience includes serving as a policy advisor in the Office of the Governor of the State of Illinois as well as representing legislative interests of the Governor, the Attorney General, and the Department of Insurance. She has also served as the chief investigator for the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board, where she oversaw investigations of unfair labor practice charges and representation petitions.

Ms. Gaffney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with a Certificate in Health Law. While at Loyola, she was as a senior articles editor on the Annals of Health Law: Health Policy & Law Review. Ms. Gaffney is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
