Davison, Ronald L.

Maria joined the firm in November 2010 as an associate in the Land Use and Environmental Law Group. She concentrates her practice on representing buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions. She also represents landlords as well as tenants in commercial space lease transactions and ground lease transactions. In addition, Maria assists clients in obtaining permits and approvals required to operate their business.

Prior to joining Mirick O'Connell, Maria was an attorney with Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, MA.
