Ms. Pressman is an associate in the Business Department. She concentrates her practice on helping clients with general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property issues involving trademarks and copyrights, and complex lending transactions.
Before beginning the practice of law, Ms. Pressman was a strategy consultant with Accenture for the Pharmaceutical and Medical Products industry. Ms. Pressman analyzed business practices and made strategic recommendations to help large pharmaceutical companies increase profitability.
Ms. Pressman received her B.S., cum laude, in 1998 from Tulane University and her J.D. in 2005 from Villanova University School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of Special Projects for the Villanova Law Review. Her article, "Local Governments That Purposely Delay Land Use Projects; What Law Applies? An Analysis of United Artists Theatre Circuits, Inc. v. Township of Warrington and the Substantive Due Process Tests As Applied by the Third Circuit" was published by the Villanova Law Review in Volume 49:5.
While in law school, Ms. Pressman served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Timothy J. Savage of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She also served as an intern in the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Ms. Pressman is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
