Danita Davis concentrates her practice in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.
Danita is a 2000 graduate of Drake University and a 2003 graduate of Valparaiso University School of Law. While in law school, Danita was a Notewriter and Executive Editor of Student Writing for the Valparaiso University Law Review. Danita’s note, “TAXI! Why Hailing a New Idea of Public Accommodation Laws May Be Easier Than Hailing a Taxi,” appeared in the Spring 2003 issue of the Valparaiso University Law Review. Before entering into private practice, Danita served as a law clerk for the Honorable Ronald F. Bartkowicz, a Commercial Calendar Judge in the Law Division of the Cook County Circuit Court.
