Greg Power concentrates his practice primarily in the areas of criminal defense, family and matrimonial law and real estate.

His more than thirty years of experience in criminal cases allows him to martial evidence to position his clients to obtain the best results. Although successful in obtaining plea bargains, Mr. Power has the proven ability and willingness to take matters to trial having obtained acquittals for clients on rape, burglary, robbery, assault and all levels of theft and grand larceny charges, including embezzlement.

Mr. Power also has extensive experience with DWI trials including felonies and aggravated DWI.

He appears in Family and Supreme Court in Wayne, Seneca, Ontario and Monroe Counties, representing clients in matters of custody, visitation and the defense of abuse and neglect charges.

Mr. Power is also experienced in the area of real estate, representing clients in both the purchase and sale of real property.
