Dan received his baccalaureate degree from Heidelberg College in 1999, graduating magna cum laude with a double major in political science and English writing. He completed his juris doctorate degree, also magna cum laude, from Capital University Law School in 2002, having served on its law review and having been elected to membership in the Order of the Curia. Dan was admitted into the Ohio Bar in 2002 and into the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2005.
Dan is a partner in Stebelton, Aranda & Snider's litigation practice, emphasizing employment law, personal injury and criminal defense. Dan is skilled in appellate work in all areas of the firm's litigation practice.
Dan is an active member of the Fairfield County, Ohio State, American Bar Associations and the Ohio Employment Lawyer's Association. He is also a Board Member of the Ohio Glass Museum and the Fairfield Community Health Center. Dan resides in Lancaster with his wife, Meg, and their children.
