After a money judgment is obtained Mr. Popovits provides expedited services to collect, such as a filing Writs of Garnishment (against both wages and bank accounts), Requests and Orders to Seize (allowing a creditor to seize a debtor's personal possessions for sale in order to apply the proceeds against the balance owed), and Notices of Judgment Liens (which secure a position against the equity held by a debtor in real estate in any given county).
