Also, throughout law school he was a part of the Real Estate Law Society, Foreclosure Assistance Program, President of the Multi-State Alliance South Asian Legal Advocates, E-board member of the Intellectual Property Law Society, and a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Additionally, he has studied Comparative International Law in China, contributes to several social media websites, and is fluent in Hindi. Furthermore, Mr. Popat has fulfilled the role of a Legal Extern at the law firm of Davidoff Malito & Hutcher, LLP., in chambers at the Nassau County Supreme Court, Commercial Division, for the Honorable Timothy S. Driscoll, and a Volunteer at the Queens Volunteer Lawyers Project.
