Daley, Jennifer E.

Liz Porras practices in the area of transactional real estate. Her focus is on real estate private equity fund formation and equity transactions and on negotiating and structuring partnerships, joint ventures, and limited liability companies for investment, acquisition, and development of real estate-related assets. She also has experience in real estate finance, workouts and distressed asset transactions, and general corporate matters.

Liz is an active member of the Junior League of Dallas, serves on the board of The Bridge Network, and is a member of the KERA Community Advisory Board.
