Mr. Curry has over 25 years of experience representing small, mid-sized and large companies, including privately held and publicly traded firms, having local, national and in some instances international presences. He has served as Chairman of a law's firms Business Law Department and as a Partner in a national law firm before becoming a name Shareholder in the firm of Palmarella, Curry & Kelly P.C.
Mr. Curry's areas of subconcentration include business law (including business formations, corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships, asset and stock matters and secured and unsecured transactions), banking matters, corporations, closely held businesses, contract law, franchise and licensing, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, trademark and servicemark registration, and numerous aspects of employment law, from both the perspective of the employer and the employee.
Mr. Curry is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Scranton, gained his Juris Doctorate from Temple University Law School, where he edited The Jurist Magazine, and then obtained a Certificate in Small Business Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He clerked for the Circuit Executive, Federal Third Circuit. He is licensed to practice before the State Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Board, Philadelphia Chapter of the Federalist Society and is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu National Honor Society.
Mr. Curry sits on the Board of Directors of The Hope Springs Equestrian Therapy Center. He is also a member of the American Council of Trustees and Alumni (ACTA) and volunteers time for local political and community organizations. Prior to attending law school he worked as an on-air reporter for a CBS television station.
