While attending law school, Mr. Frank participated with the Legal Aid Society of Nebraska and the Nebraska Unicameral Legislative Health and Welfare Committee.
From 1973 to 1975, Mr. Frank was the Agency Legal Counsel for the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court wherein he was involved with various areas of the Court's administrative function, assisting the Judges of the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court and updating and editing the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Legal Practice Manual. From 1975 to 1981, he was associated with the Douglas County Public Defender's office on the major felony trial staff, chairing numerous jury trials, including capital offenses.
From 1981 to the present, Mr. Frank has been associated with the law firm of Sodoro, Daly & Sodoro, P.C., practicing in the area of workers' compensation law, domestic relations, personal injury, medical malpractice, etc. Mr. Frank's main emphasis of practice is workers' compensation law and in the course of his practice, he has been a participant in various workers' compensation seminars and has conducted various lectures and break-out groups for claims personnel.
Additionally, Mr. Frank has participated as a member of the Omaha Human Relations Board as a mayoral appointment and has been a member of, and has served as Chairman of the Nebraska Bar Association Workers' Compensation Law committee.
Mr. Frank is a member of the American Bar Association, Nebraska Bar Association, Iowa Bar Association, Omaha Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
