Admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1999 Mr. Fox focuses his practice exclusively on employment and labor law, including state and federal employment discrimination claims; contract and covenants not to compete; wage and hour claims; whistleblower claims, EEO claims, EEOC charges, and all areas of employment law. Mr. Fox has represented clients in front of the Indiana Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
