 Ms. Pintar represents employees who have been denied overtime and wages for hours worked, and employees who have been terminated, retaliated against or harassed because of their age, race, color, national origin, disability, sex, sexual orientation, arrest or conviction record, or religion or in opposition to complaints about illegal conduct. She also routinely represents and counsels employees in matters involving severance agreements and employment contracts.

She primarily practices in federal court and federal and state administrative agencies. Ms. Pintar represents and counsels individuals who have been harassed in the workplace, and individuals who have complained of unlawful harassment and have been retaliated against by their employers because of their complaints.

Janice Pintar fights for the rights of workers and regularly counsels her clients with regard to their workplace rights and responsibilities.
