Duane L. Pinnock is an Attorney with The Pankauski Law Firm, P.L.L.C. in West Palm Beach, Florida.  Mr. Pinnock focuses his practice on Trusts and Estates Litigation and Administration.  He represents a client base of beneficiaries, trustees, personal representatives, and heirs.  Mr. Pinnock has been named one of the SuperLawyers Rising Star ™ for 2012.

Mr. Pinnock is a member of the Florida Bar’s Tax Section and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section and  is also a Board Certified Attorney in the area of Wills, Trusts & Estates.
Mr. Pinnock has taught a continuing education course to attorneys regarding estate planning for the National Business Institute and a continuing education course to accountants regarding asset protection.  He is admitted to practice before all of the state courts of Florida as well as the United States Tax Court.
