Attorney Foondos has dedicated himself to putting an end to banking fraud, predatory lending, and the practice of securitization of mortgage loans that have allowed banks and other big business to unjustly reap billions of your tax dollars, insurance payoffs and questionable mortgage payments- all on the backs of hard working Americans.
Attorney Foondos ("Steve") states, "It all stops here. Anyone who has been duped into an unrealistic mortgage and now simply wants to save their home, family and peace of mind, will forever have a place to go. They will be assured that their legal case is handled with the utmost care and concern by this law firm- a law firm setting the trend and becoming a leader in the industry. Our challenge is to change the current public image of attorneys- we will meet that challenge."
Attorney Foondos is an experienced guitar player, avid golfer, and home chef. Being a major history buff, he loves to travel. Stephen has been happily married for twelve years to his beautiful wife Susan and their two most precious things in life are their two beautiful children, Sofia who is eleven, and Constantine ("Tino") who is nine.
