Dave is a member of the banking and finance practice, representing financial institutions and corporate clients in a variety of commercial lending transactions. He has experience in secured and unsecured credit facilities, syndicated and single-lender credit facilities, and senior subordinated credit facilities. Dave also has experience with acquisition-related and equity-sponsored leveraged buyout financing transactions.

Dave is a member of the board of directors of The Monarch Foundation of Ohio and a member of the board of trustees of the Avon School Educational Endowment Fund. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
