Craig, Sadie R.

Jason M. Flom is an associate with Donahue Gallagher Woods LLP. He represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of matters, specializing in civil litigation.

Mr. Flom graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2012. At Hastings, he served as the Executive Editor of the Communications and Entertainment Law Journal, and spent a semester serving low income clients at the Hastings Civil Justice Clinic. He received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Advanced Corporations.

Before law school, Mr. Flom received his Bachelor of Arts degree cum laude in Political Science with an emphasis in Political Theory/Pre-Law from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. He served on the debate team and was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha honor society.

Mr. Flom is a member of the State Bar of California. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He was raised in Lafayette, California.
